本文通过F1uent模拟得到了在不同进气参数情况下悬索桥主缆的水分蒸发量和传质系数,通过与实验值的比对和修正得到了主缆传湿的半经验公式,验证主缆计算值和实验值之间的误差表明半经验公式具有较好的可靠性,运用半经验公式对气-液接触面积进行修正,通过对某大桥的计算结果表明,计算值与实际值误差较小,能够满足工程计算需要。
In this paper, the water evaporating amount and mass transfer coefficient of the main cable of suspension bridge under different inlet parameters were obtained by F1uent simulation. The semi-empirical formula of main cable moisture transfer was obtained by comparison with the experimental values and the calculated values The error between the experimental results and the experimental results shows that the semi-empirical formula has good reliability. The semi-empirical formula is used to correct the gas-liquid contact area. The calculation results of a bridge show that the error between the calculated value and the actual value is small, Meet the needs of engineering calculations.
