中国已经无法依赖国内资源维持发展。从上世纪80年代开始。中国用短短20多年走完了发达国家上百年的历程。如此大的规模和如此快的速度,使国内不可再生资源捉襟见肘。尤其重要的是,国家能源安全已经是一个严重的问题。从2001—2020年,如果中国GDP翻两番,以2000年能源消耗13亿吨为基数算起,需要增加到52亿吨。世界初级资源无法满足所有国家达到西方生活水准。
China can no longer rely on domestic resources to sustain development. From the 80s of last century.
