对ZA65合金及SiCP/ZA65复合材料的退火组织进行不同温度,不同应变速率拉伸试验研究。结果表明,ZA65和SiCP/ZA65在其固相线温度附近具有高应变速率超塑性(HSRS),且SiCP/ZA65最佳温度低于ZA65。在试验的应变速率范围内,大的应变速率有利于最大断后伸长率的提高。
The tensile tests of the annealed microstructure of ZA65 alloy and SiCP / ZA65 composites were carried out at different temperatures and different strain rates. The results show that ZA65 and SiCP / ZA65 have high strain rate superplasticity (HSRS) near the solidus temperature, and the optimum temperature of SiCP / ZA65 is lower than that of ZA65. Within the strain rate range tested, a large strain rate favors an increase in maximum break elongation.
