采用放射性示踪技术对 L -苏糖酸钙中的钙元素进行了药代动力学研究。结果表明 :方法学验证达到了药代动力学研究的技术要求 ,药时曲线和重要的药代动力学参数 (如 AUC等 )与给药剂量呈正相关 ;钙主要分布在胃、肠、血液和骨骼中 ,在给药后的 2 4 h内 ,约 4 0 %钙由尿排出 ,30 %钙由粪排出 ,约 (10~ 2 0 ) %钙在血中或沉淀在骨骼中。4 5Ca放射性示踪方法是研究钙制剂中钙元素在体内代谢规律的特异、灵敏、准确的方法
The pharmacokinetics of calcium in L - threonate calcium was studied by radioactive tracer technique. The results showed that the method validation met the technical requirements of the pharmacokinetic study. The pharmacokinetic parameters (such as AUC) and the pharmacokinetic parameters (such as AUC) were positively correlated with the dose of the drug.
