用电子技术改造传统的机械式变速器,对实现自动化有重要意义。但由于离合器的工况复杂多变,使得对离合器接合特性的研究成为关键问题。本文分析了影响离合器接合的因素,探讨了实现最佳工作状态的二个目标函数和约束条件,并通过模糊评价转化为单目标函数的优化。最后用计算机模拟求出了最佳接合特性,通过与试验对比证明结果是令人满意的。
The use of electronic technology to transform a traditional mechanical transmission has important implications for automation. However, due to the complicated and changeable working conditions of the clutch, the research on the clutch engagement characteristics has become a key issue. In this paper, the factors that affect the engagement of the clutch are analyzed. Two objective functions and constraints to achieve the best working condition are discussed, and the optimization of the single objective function is transformed by fuzzy evaluation. Finally, the best bonding characteristics were obtained by computer simulation. The results are satisfactory by comparison with the experimental results.
