由省委宣传部、省新闻出版局、省科委共同组织进行的第三次(1996年)全省期刊等级评审工作,自1997年3月19日开始,历时3个多月,于1997年6月26日评出吉林省一、二、三级期刊。 由化工部合成橡胶信息总站主办,吉化集团公司研究院信息研究所《弹性体》编辑部编辑出版的《弹性体》杂志连续两年(1995、1996)被评为吉林省自然科学一级期刊。此次参加评审的期刊共计207种。
By the provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, the Provincial Press and Publication Bureau, the provincial science and Technology Commission jointly organized the third (1996) provincial journals level assessment, since March 19, 1997, lasted more than three months, in 1997 June 26 rated Jilin Province, one, two, three journals. Elastomer magazine edited and published by Elastomer Editorial Office of Jilin Research Institute of Information Science and Technology Institute for Jilin Province for two consecutive years (1995, 1996) was awarded the first grade of natural science in Jilin Province . A total of 207 journals participated in this review.
