科学技术是支撑和引领经济社会发展的主导力量。进入新世纪以来,浙江科技创新能力进入重要跃升期。但也存在企业创新竞争力缺乏、自主创新人才资源紧缺等问题,建议以提升自主创新能力为核心,以实施自主创新能力行动计划和国家技术创新工程试点为抓手,不断提高经济社会发展的科技含量,推动经济转型升级,充分发挥科技创新对经济社会发展的支撑和引领作用。
