基于叠加统计独立散斑图像的散斑抑制原理,设计了一个具有N个透光孔的掩模板,将其放置于成像透镜出瞳面上,理论研究了产生统计独立散斑图像所需的条件。在简化光学系统中,将散射片与探测面分别置于透镜成像共轭面上,通过系统实验,分析了多孔掩模板上相邻两个透光孔的不同中心间距以及单个透光孔孔径对统计独立散斑图像形成的影响,其中单个透光孔孔径也会影响散斑颗粒的大小。在不考虑实验装置对测试精度的影响下,实验结果与理论分析吻合。
Based on the principle of speckle reduction in statistics of independent speckle images, a mask with N translucent holes was designed and placed on the exit pupil of the imaging lens. The conditions required to generate statistical independent speckle images were studied theoretically . In the simplified optical system, the scattering sheet and the detection surface are respectively placed on the imaging conjugate surface of the lens. Through systematic experiments, the different center distances of two transparent holes on the porous mask and the diameter of a single transparent hole are analyzed The effect of independent speckle image formation is statistically analyzed, in which the aperture of a single aperture also affects the size of speckle particles. Without considering the impact of the experimental device on the test accuracy, the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
