目的:对比彩色图文健康教育与文字说明教育对老年人结肠检查前肠道准备效果的影响。方法:将148例接受结肠镜检查且符合纳入和排除标准的老年人根据给予健康教育方式的不同分为观察组(口头讲解与彩页图文书面指导)和对照组(口头讲解与文字说明指导)。检查当日均服用聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,二甲硅油散5g口服袪泡。观察两组间患者依从性、肠道清洁情况,患者不良反应等指标。结果:饮食及药物依从性在观察组(饮食:80.82%,服药:76.71%)显著优于对照组(饮食:42.67%,服药:41.33%)(P<0.05);肠道清洁效果在观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);患者不良反应发生率观察组(34.25%)与对照组(29.33%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口头讲解与彩页图文书面指导相结合的健康教育方式能提高老年人在结肠镜检查前服药的依从性,明显提高肠道清洁效果。
Objective: To compare the effect of color graphic health education and caption education on intestinal preparation before colonic examination in the elderly. Methods: The 148 elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into observation group (verbal instruction and color page graphic guidance) and control group (verbal explanation and written instruction ). Check the day were taking polyethylene glycol electrolyte for bowel preparation, simethicone powder 5g oral bubble. The compliance of patients, intestinal cleanliness and adverse reactions of patients were observed. Results: The compliance of diet and medication in the observation group (diet: 80.82%, medication: 76.71%) was significantly better than that in the control group (diet: 42.67%, medication: 41.33%) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group (34.25%) and the control group (29.33%) in the adverse reaction rate of patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The oral health education combined with oral instruction can improve the compliance of elderly people before taking colonoscopy and improve the intestinal cleaning effect obviously.
