正定县是石家庄地区办电較早、发展較快的一个县分,特別是1961年以来,貫彻农村办电以“扩大电力灌溉面积为中心,紧紧服务于抗旱”的指示后,更大大地加速了农业电气化的进程。截止到今年7月底止,全县高压线路較1960年底增长了4.12倍,低压綫增长了2.7倍,变压器容量增长了7倍,电动机容量增长了6.46倍。由于电气設备的迅速增长,电灌面积較1960年底猛增了5倍多。
