[目的]为了筛选出能够显著降低稻曲病发病率和病情指数的高效药剂,以及探寻防治适期。[方法]采用菌丝生长测定法测定药剂对稻曲病菌的生长抑制活性,求出不同药剂抑制菌丝生长的有效中浓度EC50;同时选取17种药剂进行喷药防治,评估其防效及对水稻产量等性状的影响。[结果]氟环唑、苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑和咪酰胺对稻曲病菌菌丝生长的抑制活性较高,EC50分别为0.04、0.07、0.12和0.11μg/ml;田间试验结果表明,纹曲宁、苯醚甲环唑、咪鲜胺、丙环唑、氟环唑等化学制剂及其复配制剂对稻曲病均有70%或以上的防效。[结论]所用17种药剂在水稻剑叶完全展开期进行喷雾防治对水稻稻曲病都有一定的防治效果,对水稻叶片和稻粒均无药害。
[Objective] In order to screen out highly effective agents that can significantly reduce the incidence and disease index of smut and to find out the suitable control measures. [Method] The mycelial growth assay was used to determine the growth inhibitory activity of the agents on the rice false smut and the effective medium concentration EC50 for inhibiting the growth of mycelium with different agents was determined. Seventeen kinds of pesticides were also selected for prevention and control of the mycelial growth and their control effects were evaluated Effect of rice yield and other traits. [Result] The inhibitory activities of epoxiconazole, difenoconazole, propiconazole and picmidin on mycelium growth of V. infestans were high with EC50 of 0.04, 0.07, 0.12 and 0.11 μg / ml, respectively. The results of field experiments , Melphalan, difenoconazole, prochloraz, propiconazole, epoxiconazole and other chemical agents and their formulations against false smut have 70% or more of the control effect. [Conclusion] The spraying of 17 kinds of pesticides used in spraying rice flag leaf at full development stage had certain control effect on rice false smut and no phytotoxicity on rice leaves and rice grains.
