辽宁省高速公路的总长度截至2003年8月已达到1637km,公路建设飞速发展的同时,随之而来的养护工作将越来越凸显它的重要性。实行机械化养护将能有效保证和提高公路养护的质量,延长公路的使用寿命,保证公路运输经济大动脉的安全畅通,充分发挥高速公路的经济、快捷、方便及安全等优势,所以,高速公路机械化养护势在必行。为了降低养护成本,追求最合理的综合经济效益,在高速公路养护作业中需要对设备及人员进行合理的配置,本文以作者所在的辽宁省高速公路管理局所属南芬管理处所辖路段为例,和大家一起来探讨养护作业中的机械配置问题。
