本文报道从1983年3月到1985年8月采用经骨髓腔注入胎肝细胞悬液治疗再生障碍性贫血21例，基本治愈4例，明显进步9例，合计有效率61.9％。短暂疗效7例，无效1例。此外还对本疗法的作用时间、网织红细胞与疗效的关系及其作用机理等问题进行了讨论。 This article reports from March 1983 to August 1985 the treatment of aplastic anemia by injection of fetal liver cell suspension through the bone marrow cavity in 21 cases, basically cured in 4 cases, significantly improved in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 61.9%. Short-term efficacy in 7 cases, 1 case invalid. In addition, the time of the therapy, the relationship between reticulocyte and curative effect and its mechanism of action were also discussed.
