2006年1月23日．RedPrairie宣布收购MARC Global,一举成为全球以客户为中心的强大供应链解决方案公司,整合业界领先产品与服务带给用户更强大的功能并成为统一且扩展的供应链执行(eSCETM)套件。密尔沃基、美国威斯康星、RedPrairie和MARC Global联合签订协议宣布RedPrairie公司收购MARC Global控股有限公司,合并以后的公司将在RedPrairie旗下联合起来支持所有产品和公司服务,延伸客户基础享用权,提供更丰富的解决方案能力、更深层次的功能与更广阔的支持。为此本刊记者专访了玛珂软件系统有限公司(MARC Global)大中国区总经理刘金丰先生。
January 23, 2006 RedPrairie announces the acquisition of MARC Global as a global, customer-centric, powerful supply chain solutions company that brings together the industry’s leading products and services to deliver greater user functionality and a unified and expanded suite of supply chain execution (eSCETM). Milwaukee, WI, RedPrairie and MARC Global Announce Agreement to Announce RedPrairie’s Acquisition of MARC Global Holdings Ltd. The merged company will be under RedPrairie’s umbrella to support all product and company services, extending the client base to a richer solution Program capabilities, deeper functions and broader support. To this end, the reporter interviewed Mr. Liu Jinfeng, general manager of Greater China, MARC Global.
