目的观察应用呼吸机治疗ICU心力衰竭并呼吸衰竭患者对其呼吸频率和心率的影响。方法选取医院ICU收治的心力衰竭并呼吸衰竭患者76例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用呼吸机治疗,观察2组患者治疗后的呼吸频率及心率。结果治疗前,观察组呼吸频率为(31.2±2.08)次/min,与对照组的(31.5±2.03)次/min比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组呼吸频率为(18.9±2.07)次/min,低于对照组的(26.5±2.34)次/min(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组心率为(103.4±9.81)次/min,对照组为(102.7±8.52)次/min,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组心率为(70.3±8.26)次/min,优于对照组的(81.5±8.85)次/min(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者血气分析结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组pH、PaCO_2结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在ICU心力衰竭并呼吸衰竭患者中采用呼吸机治疗,不仅可改善患者的心率状况,而且能够让患者的呼吸频率保持平稳,改善其血气分析结果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of ventilator on respiratory rate and heart rate in patients with heart failure and respiratory failure in ICU. Methods 76 patients with heart failure and respiratory failure admitted to the hospital ICU were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with ventilator, and the respiratory rate and heart rate of the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, the respiratory rate in the observation group was (31.2 ± 2.08) times / min, which was not significantly different from that in the control group (31.5 ± 2.03) / min (P> 0.05). After treatment, the respiratory rate (18.9 ± 2.07) times / min and (26.5 ± 2.34) times / min lower than the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, the heart rate of the observation group was (103.4 ± 9.81) / min and that of the control group was ± 8.52) times / min, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the heart rate of the observation group was (70.3 ± 8.26) times / min, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.5 ± 8.85) / min (P <0.05). Before treatment, blood gas analysis results of the two groups showed no statistical difference Significance (P> 0.05), after treatment, the observation group pH, PaCO_2 results better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of ventilator in ICU patients with heart failure and respiratory failure can not only improve the patient’s heart rate, but also keep the respiratory rate steady and improve the blood gas analysis results, which is worthy of clinical application.
