企业年金能够积累大量的资金,对我国金融市场发展产生巨大的影响。但我国对企业年金问题起步比较晚,想尽快步入企业年金体制轨道,必须通过在实践中不断改革创新才能成为时代的优胜者,因此了解现行企业年金会计存在的问题及完善对策对企业年金改革至关重要。
