目的：观察正常房水对角膜移植免疫排斥反应的作用。方法：在兔眼建立偏中心穿透性角膜移植模型，术后结膜下注射正常牛眼房水，观察植片存活时间。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组角膜移植对存活时间显著延长（P＜0.02）。结论：正常房水在活体内具有抑制角膜移植免疫排斥反应的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of normal aqueous humor on the immune rejection of corneal allografts. Methods: A transcendental corneal allograft model was established in rabbit eyes. Normal postburnal buccal aqueous humor was injected to observe the survival time of the grafts. Results: The corneal graft survival time was significantly longer in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.02). Conclusion: Normal aqueous humor inhibits corneal graft rejection in vivo.
