我们对21例汉族正常成人及31例维族正常成人的无血小板血浆的LDH总活力及其同工酶谱进行了测定,同时对23例白血病患者进行了该项目的测定。结果表明,无血小板血浆的LDH总活力,汉族为273.3±48.4u/dl,维族为247.O±46.7u/dl。LDH同工酶谱均为LDH_2>LDH_1>LDH_3>LDH_4>LDH_5。该结果与国内已报道的血清中LDH及其同工酶谱结果一致,可见,无血小板血浆与血清的LDH总活力及其同工酶谱无区别。同工酶谱无民族差异。23例白血病患者的LDH总活力均值为425.6±349.6u/dl,比正常人高。各类白血病患者同工酶谱的LDH_1均明显低于正常人,而LDH_3均明显高于正常人,尤其急性粒细胞白血病患者,其改变更为明显,当缓解时,又恢复正常。而慢性粒细胞白血病患者LDH_2明显升高,淋巴瘤患者的LDH_1升高,LDH_3下降。
We measured LDH total activity and its isoenzyme pattern in 21 platelet-free plasma from 21 Han normal adults and 31 Uighur normal adults. We also performed the project on 23 leukemia patients. The results showed that the total LDH activity of platelet-free plasma was 273.3 ± 48.4u / dl in Han nationality and 247. ± 46.7u / dl in Uygur nationality. LDH isoenzymes were LDH_2> LDH_1> LDH_3> LDH_4> LDH_5. The results with the domestic reports of serum LDH and its isoenzyme results are consistent, no platelet plasma and serum LDH total activity and its isozyme no difference.
