一次去某地讲课,下了车不辨方向;虽然指路者满腔热忱地为我指点,但还是多走了不少弯路才到达目的。于是,我想:路,还是得靠自己走,自己摸;别人的指路不能代替自己的走路。从事语文教学工作,一晃三十三年了,要问我最主要的体会是什么?我的回答,就是上面的两句话。从备课中起步刚参加工作的时候只有十九岁,当时所教的虽然是初中,但学生的年龄并不比我小多少,个别的还比我大一两岁。在大学里只读了两年,并没有本科的硬“派司”,但教我们的老师并不差,如马茂元、张斌等先生,他们都是当今著名的学者、专家。当然,由于自己并不十分用功,书读得并没有像别的同学那样出类拔萃。但是,不管怎样,毕竟也算得上是新中国自己培养出来的“科班出身”的中学语文教师了,与有些刚从小学里调到中学或刚从别的系统转到中学来任教的同事们相比,应该说有着更多的“资本”。

In the university, she only read two years, and did not have a hard “sentence” for the undergraduate. However, the teachers who teach us are not bad, such as Ma Maoyuan and Zhang Bin. They are all well-known scholars and experts. Of course, because he was not very hard at work, the book did not excel at other students. However, in any case, after all, it can be regarded as a Chinese language teacher of the “Caoban origin” cultivated by New China himself, and with some colleagues who have just transferred from primary school to middle school or have just transferred from another system to teach at a secondary school. It should be said that there is more “capital”.
