目的了解合肥市中学生情感、躯体虐待现况及流行特征,为相关机构采取干预措施提供依据。方法在合肥市选取5所中学,以班级为单位整群抽取初一、初二、高一和高二共76个班级3798名学生为调查对象。调查内容包括中学生的人口统计学特征和情感、躯体虐待情况。结果有81.1%的学生报告发生情感虐待,55.1%的学生报告发生躯体虐待。情感虐待、轻度躯体虐待的报告率在不同性别间差异均无统计学意义;而中度躯体虐待和重度躯体虐待男生均高于女生,差异有统计学意义。情感虐待、躯体虐待的报告率在不同年龄、不同年级、是否独生子女、不同学习成绩及父母是否吵架或打架因素间差异均有统计学意义。结论中学生情感和躯体虐待较为普遍。应加强对虐待问题的重视,促进学生健康成长。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of emotional and physical abuse among middle school students in Hefei and to provide evidences for intervention by relevant agencies. Methods Five secondary schools were selected in Hefei, and 3798 students from 76 classes of first, second, first and second year were collected by class. The survey included the demographics of secondary school students and their feelings of emotional and physical abuse. As a result, 81.1% of students reported emotional abuse and 55.1% reported physical abuse. There was no significant difference in the reporting rates of emotional abuse and mild physical abuse between different sexes, while the levels of moderate physical abuse and severe physical abuse were higher in girls than in girls, the difference was statistically significant. Emotional abuse and physical abuse reported statistically significant differences in age, grade, child-bearing status, academic performance, parental quarreling or fighting. Conclusions Middle school students’ emotional and physical abuse are more common. The emphasis on abuse should be strengthened to promote the healthy growth of students.
