为解决人行天桥跨越丁字路口并使行人快速到达任一方向的问题,设计采用大跨度三向交叉钢结构天桥。天桥三向主梁夹角120°,环岛中心至每侧梁端35.1m,仅在人行道设置桥墩,两个墩支承中心线之间沿跨度方向距离为59.83m。主梁采用直腹板的箱形截面,梁端与立柱结合处箱内填充C40微膨胀混凝土,每侧梁端与下部4根立柱刚接,柱底设置拉压球形支座,主墩基础采用9根桩径为1m钻孔灌注桩,天桥梯道采用钢箱连续梁结构。经过有限元结构分析,钢箱梁截面应力、主桥竖向自振频率、支座竖向力均满足规范要求。该天桥已投入实际运营,应用良好,可为解决丁字路口机动车辆与行人过街的冲突提供技术支撑和参考。
In order to solve the problem that the pedestrian bridge crosses the intersection and quickly enables pedestrians to reach either direction, a large span three-way crossing steel structure flyover is designed. The angle between the bridge and the main girder is 120 °. The distance from the center of the island to the beam end of each side is 35.1 m. The bridge pier is only set on the sidewalk. The distance between the center lines of the two piers along the span direction is 59.83m. The main beam adopts a box-shaped section with straight webs. The box at the beam end and the column are filled with C40 micro-expansive concrete, the beam ends on each side are just connected with the four lower columns, the tension-compression spherical support is set at the bottom of the column, 9 pile diameter of 1m bored piles, flyovers ladder steel box continuous beam structure. After finite element analysis, the stress of section of steel box girder, the vertical natural vibration frequency of the main bridge and the vertical force of bearing all meet the standard requirements. The flyover has been put into practical operation and has good application. It can provide technical support and reference for solving the conflicts between vehicles and pedestrians crossing the T-junction.
