终身体育是终身教育的重要环节，高校体育是学校体育的最后阶段，具有与社会体育接轨的特点。高校将终身体育教育与当前体育教育体系有机结合起来是迫切需要解决的课题。
Lifelong physical education is an important part of lifelong education. College physical education is the final stage of school physical education and has the characteristics of being in line with social sports. The combination of life-long physical education and current physical education system in colleges and universities is an urgent issue to be solved.
