用氯胺T法际记鼠抗人膀胱癌单克隆抗体(抗BIU-87McAb),标记率及标记抗体免疫活性满意。抗体注射于荷瘤裸鼠,靶与非靶放射性比值随肘间延长而增高,尾静脉注射后72h:肿瘤/血液=0.99、肿瘤/肌肉=8.43、肿瘤/膀胱壁=4.04;注射后120h:肿瘤/血液=1.38、肿瘤/肌肉=12.31、肿瘤/膀胱壁=5.24。于注射后72h行Y照相,肿瘤影像明显可见,5—7天影像更为清晰。与非特异性对照放免显像对比,表明抗BIU-87McAb具有高度特异牲,有可能进一步应用于人体膀胱癌及其转移灶的导向诊断与治疗。
The chloramine T method was used to record the mouse anti-human bladder cancer monoclonal antibody (anti-BIU-87 McAb), and the labeling rate and labeled antibody immune activity were satisfactory. The antibody was injected into tumor-bearing nude mice, and the ratio of target to non-target radioactivity increased with prolongation between the elbow, 72 h after tail vein injection: tumor/blood = 0.99, tumor/muscle = 8.43, tumor/bladder wall = 4.04; 120 h after injection: Tumor/blood=1.38, Tumor/muscle=12.31, Tumor/bladder wall=5.24. Photographing Y at 72h after injection showed that the tumor image was clearly visible and the image was clearer in 5-7 days. Comparison with non-specific control radioimmunoassay showed that the anti-BIU-87 McAb is highly specific and may be further applied to guide diagnosis and treatment of human bladder cancer and its metastases.
