我国兴建了一些采用多种材料建筑的拱坝。为了节省水泥,这些坝的主体采用的是浆砌块石。为了防渗,这些坝的上游面有混凝土防渗板。有的坝体下游还要浆砌条石护面。由于不同的材料具有不同的弹性模量,这些坝的力学特点是成层异弹模。成层异弹模拱坝的应力状态是复杂的。这是一个新的课题。本文讨论了多种材料砌石拱坝的脆性材料模型试验技术问题,包括:1.模型定律的应用问题;2.模型比例的拟定;3.模型的粘结;4.坝面与坝体内部电阻应变花;5.自重应力。本文还讨论了成层异弹模拱坝的结构作用与应力分布的特殊规律,並对成层异弹模拱坝的简捷计算法进行了探索,提出了简便合理的计算方法,以供设计采用。
Our country has built some arch dams using a variety of materials. In order to save the cement, the main body of these dams is masonry stone. In order to prevent seepage, upstream of these dam concrete impermeable board. Some dam downstream but also masonry stone face. Due to the different elastic modulus of different materials, the mechanical characteristics of these dams are layered elastic shells. The stress state of stratified variant shells is complex. This is a new topic. This article discusses a variety of materials masonry arch dam brittle material model test technology issues, including: 1. The application of the model law; 2. Proportion of the model formulation; 3. Model bonding; 4. Dam surface and the dam interior Resistance strain flower; 5 self-weight stress. In this paper, we also discuss the special rules of the structural effect and stress distribution of the heterogeneous-arch dam with stratified shells, and explore the simple and easy method of calculating the deformed heterogeneous arch dam. A simple and reasonable calculation method is proposed for design and application .
