一、建立健全厂内经济核算的网络体系社会主义企业的经济效益,仅凭单项经济核算的效果,是不能奏效的,其责、权、利的落实也不会全面,更难巩固,只有实行全面的经济核算,才能有可供考核的具体经济效果.实行全面经济核算必须根据各个企业内部生产经营管理的实际情况,建立健全全厂经济核算工作的网络体系,明确各部门的经济责任,做到人人头上挂指标.如下列三个图式:
