对水泥砂浆在荷载作用下抵抗硫酸盐侵蚀的性能进行研究。结果表明:应力状态下的水泥砂浆在高浓度硫酸盐侵蚀条件下侵蚀速度明显加速,应力水平越高,侵蚀速率越快。且施加应力种类也对侵蚀结果有很大影响。试验表明:适当掺入聚丙烯纤维能够有效地缓解硫酸盐对水泥砂浆的腐蚀。
The performance of cement mortar against sulfate attack under load was studied. The results show that the corrosion rate of cement mortar under stress condition is obviously accelerated under the condition of high sulfate concentration. The higher the stress level, the faster the erosion rate. And the type of stress applied also has a great impact on the erosion results. The experiment shows that the appropriate incorporation of polypropylene fiber can effectively relieve the corrosion of sulfate on cement mortar.
