简介三门湾跨海大桥及接线工程中1300t级架桥机的结构组成和工作原理,针对箱梁架设吨位大,跨度大,一孔双幅架设等特点,提出了1300t级架桥机吊梁天车总体设计方案,重点对天车走行防啃轨技术、纵移驱动技术、轻量化设计等关键技术进行了研究。该吊梁天车能够自动适应架桥机主梁的旁弯,与架桥机主梁过孔共用一套纵移驱动装置,结构简单紧凑,成本低。该吊梁天车的布置、结构形式及细节设计可为以后相关设计提供有益参考。
Brief introduction The structure and working principle of 1300t bridge erecting machine in Sanmen Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge and its connection project. According to the characteristics such as large tonnage, large span and double space erection of one girder, Car overall design program, focusing on the Crane walking anti-gnawing rail technology, vertical drive technology, lightweight design and other key technologies were studied. The crane girder crane can automatically adapt to the side beam of bridge girder, and bridge girder through hole share a longitudinal drive, the structure is simple and compact, low cost.
