随着企业体制和机制的变化,油田对外经济交往越来越多,合同的签约份数、签约金额逐年上升。由于企业自身的性质与体制,在合同管理过程中,除了存在合同管理的普遍问题外,还存在着油田企业的“特殊”问题,因此需要通过各种形式对合同管理人员进行培训。
With the changes of the enterprise system and mechanism, more and more foreign oilfields have been engaged in oilfields.
