研究了在金属基体上制备超疏水镀层的方法,利用等离子喷涂仪在铁基体上喷涂氧化铝,通过改变镀层厚度来控制基底表面粗糙度,并将样品在熔融的十四酸中浸泡,对表面进行低表面能物质的修饰。利用扫描电子显微镜和接触角测定仪对表面进行表征,最后得到接触角为140°的疏水性表面。将疏水镀层放在紫外灯下照射,测试了镀层的稳定性,为制备新型的超疏水金属材料提供了实践依据。
The method of preparing superhydrophobic coating on metal substrate is studied. Alumina is sprayed on the iron substrate by using plasma spraying device. The surface roughness of the substrate is controlled by changing the thickness of the coating. The sample is soaked in molten tetradecanoic acid, Low surface energy material modification. The surface was characterized by means of a scanning electron microscope and a contact angle meter, and finally a hydrophobic surface with a contact angle of 140 ° was obtained. The hydrophobic coating on the UV lamp irradiation, the stability of the coating tested for the preparation of new superhydrophobic metal materials provide a practical basis.
