以冷变形量为66.7%的5083铝合金冷轧板为研究对象,从常温(30℃)开始至600℃,30℃间隔为一个实验进行退火,研究不同退火温度对5083冷轧板组织性能的影响。研究结果显示,5083冷轧板在150℃进入回复阶段,晶粒无明显变化,强度降低,伸长率增加;当270℃退火时,组织已经发生了再结晶;随着温度的继续提升至420℃时,晶粒略有长大;当温度升至600℃时,强度和伸长率都急速下降,晶粒也异常长大,组织出现过烧现象。
Cold-rolled 5083 aluminum alloy cold-rolled plate with the amount of cold deformation of 66.7% was used as the research object. Annealing was carried out from room temperature (30 ℃) to 600 ℃ and 30 ℃. The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of 5083 cold- influences. The results show that the 5083 cold-rolled sheet enters the recovery stage at 150 ℃ with no significant changes in grain size and strength, and the elongation increases. When annealing at 270 ℃, the structure recrystallizes. As the temperature continues to increase to 420 ℃, the grain grew slightly; when the temperature rose to 600 ℃, the strength and elongation decreased sharply, the grains also grew abnormally, the phenomenon of over-burning occurred.
