优化新生代农民工就业培训模式,有利于广东省的产业转型升级。优化珠三角新生代农民工就业培训,应设立免费就业培训制度;就业培训班要灵活授课、鼓励社会办学、丰富办学形式;企业要拓宽办学思路,搞活办学形式,构建就业培训的配套设施,同时要加强师资队伍建设;相关就业培训机构要合理布局,健全监管形式,拓展宣传途径,完善培训体系。
Optimizing the new generation of migrant workers employment training mode is conducive to the industrial transformation and upgrading of Guangdong Province.
