优秀卓越的企业文化,是企业提升素质、取得成功、蓬勃向上、永筑辉煌的关键所在。企业文化可由四个层次构成:即表层的物质文化、浅层的行为文化、中层的制度文化和深层的精神文化。物质文化最为具体、实在,构成企业文化的硬件外壳;行为文化是一种处在浅层的活动,构成企业文化的软件外壳,并支撑企业文化的硬件外壳;精神文化则是观念形态和文化心理,为企业文化的核心,它通过制度文化来表现,支撑着企业员工的行为,构造出本企业的实物外貌,并从实物外貌中反映本企业的核心文化。企业文化对于一个企业的成长来说,看起来不是直接因素,但却是最持久的决定因素。
