目的 了解婴幼儿喘息性疾病患儿的肾小球和肾小管功能损害情况。 方法 应用速率免疫散射比浊法测定尿MA、TRF、IgG、α1 MG。尿肌酐测定用碱性苦味酸速率法。 结果 婴幼儿喘息性疾病尿MA、TRF、IgG、α1 MG排泄率 ,与正常对照组比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 婴幼儿喘息性疾病可能存在肾小球和肾小管功能早期一过性损伤。对临床用药有指导意义。
Objective To understand the glomerular and tubular dysfunction in infants with wheezing disorders. Methods The rates of MA, TRF, IgG and α1 MG in urine were measured by speed immune nephelometry. Urine creatinine determination with alkaline picric acid rate method. Results The urinary excretion rates of MA, TRF, IgG and α1 MG in infants with asthmatic diseases were significantly different from those in normal controls (P <0.01). Conclusion Infant wheezing may have early transient damage of glomerular and tubular function. Guiding the clinical medication.
