苹果或海棠经25~100mg/LPDJ(丙基双氢茉莉酮酸酯)处理后,叶片光合速率提高,根系活力增强,茎叶中内源ABA含量增加,气孔关闭。25mg/L和100mg/L处理未能降低叶片的蒸腾速率,却降低了气孔阻力;而50mg/L处理不仅降低了蒸腾速率,同时也增加了气孔阻力,与100mg/LABA处理效果近似。推测PDJ可能通过促进ABA的合成增加植物对逆境的抵御能力,认为PDJ作为外用生长调节物质有希望成为ABA的替代品。
After treated with 25 ~ 100mg / LPDJ (propyl dihydrojasmonate), the photosynthetic rate and root vigor of apple or begonia increased, the content of endogenous ABA increased and the stomatal closed. However, treatment with 25 mg / L and 100 mg / L did not reduce leaf transpiration rate but decreased stomatal resistance. However, 50 mg / L treatment not only reduced transpiration rate but also increased stomatal resistance, which was similar to 100 mg / L treatment. It is speculated that PDJ may increase the plant’s ability to resist adversity by promoting the synthesis of ABA. PDJ is expected to become a substitute for ABA as a growth regulating substance.
