“溶浸”法提取大豆油,大豆在加工过程中只能加热到50~60℃,最后回收溶剂时,蒸汽温度虽然可达到100℃,但时间很短,不能完全破坏豆粕里的残留尿素酶。牲畜食用这种豆粕后,会影响体内尿素酶的活性,抑制蛋白质的分解、消化和吸收转化,容易引起牲畜腹泻。尿素酶还能催化水解尿素,放出大量的二氧化碳和氨,部分氨进入血液,提高血氨浓度
