目的:研究纯钛铸造基托精密度的影响因素。方法:分别用硅橡胶印模材和寒天印模材制备耐火模型。按旋转式氩电弧熔解铸造机Selecust系统程序完成纯钛基托铸造。按松风系列程序及高周波离心铸造机完成钴铬合金基托铸造。通过检测铸造基托与模型之间密合程度及间隙判断其精度。并应用二元配置分散分析法对纯钛铸造基托精密度进行分析。结果:用寒天印模材制备的耐火模型较用硅橡胶印模材制备的耐火模型表面粗糙,但是金属基托铸造体未见明显铸造缺陷。纯钛铸造基托和钴铬合金铸造基托的精密度无显著差异。结论:纯钛铸造基托有良好精密度,应用于临床可获得满意的修复效果。
Objective: To study the factors affecting the precision of pure titanium casting base. Methods: Refractory model was prepared by using silicone rubber impression material and cold day impression material respectively. Press the rotary argon arc melting casting machine Selecust system program to complete the titanium base cast. Press the loose wind series of programs and high-frequency centrifugal casting machine to complete the cobalt-chromium base cast. The accuracy of the model is judged by measuring the closeness and gap between the foundry base and the model. Binary configuration dispersion analysis method was applied to analyze the precision of pure titanium casting base. Results: The refractory model prepared by using cold stamping material had a rougher surface than the refractory model prepared by using silicon rubber impression material, but no obvious cast defects were found on the metal base casting. There is no significant difference in the precision of base cast titanium base and cobalt-chromium base cast base. Conclusion: Pure titanium casting base with good precision, can be used in clinical satisfactory repair effect.
