1976～1990年济宁市共发生食物中毒294起,中毒13 263人,中毒发生率15.26/10万,中毒死亡94人,病死率0.71%。贯彻执行食品卫生法前后相比有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。
From 1976 to 1990, a total of 294 food poisoning cases were reported in Jining City, 13,263 people were poisoned. The incidence of poisoning was 15.26 / 100,000. 94 were poisoned and the case fatality rate was 0.71%. There was a significant difference (P <0.001) between before and after the implementation of the Food Sanitation Law.
