衬砌结构作为盾构隧道主要承重结构,其受力特性直接决定隧道能否安全使用,运用有限元分析软件模拟不同注浆压力和不同近接距离下盾构隧道施工过程,分析衬砌结构近接桥桩的施工力学响应,结果表明:注浆压力在0.1MPa~0.5MPa范围内,随着注浆压力的增加衬砌管片的最大隆起值和最大沉降值均减小,水平最大正位移值与负位移值均增大,且管片的弯矩与剪力逐渐增大,轴力逐渐减小,其中水平位移与轴力的变化率较大;近接群桩距离的改变,衬砌管片的内力与变形均随着距离的增大而减小,逐渐接近于无桩时的状况,其中管片的沉降最大值与轴力的减少幅度较大。研究结果为类似工程提供参考。
