指出随着特高压电网的建设,国家电网的核心互联区将形成有多个层级联络线功率控制主体的局面。阐明了多层级联络线功率控制的三种配合方式,分析了各种配合方式的适应环境和需关注的问题;介绍了在各种配合方式下的上下级控制主体联络线功率控制模式的配合策略,从而得到了可供选择的控制策略;讨论了多层级联络线功率控制中控制区控制偏差ACE计算公式中需要注意的联络线和发电厂控制交界面、控制区的频率响应系数的设定等问题。
It is pointed out that along with the construction of UHV power grid, the core interconnection area of the national grid will form a power control main body with a plurality of tie levels. The three kinds of cooperation ways of power control of multi-tiered tie-line are clarified, and the adaptability environment and the problems needing attention of each kind of tie-in method are analyzed. The cooperation strategy of power control mode of tie line of upper and lower control main body under various cooperation modes is introduced , So as to obtain the control strategy which can be selected. The contact line, power plant control interface and the setting of the frequency response coefficient of the control area are discussed in the calculation formula of control deviation of control area in multilevel tie-line power control problem.
