在众多热爱艺术粉丝的观点中,艺术时常是被认为应当是无功利的,它应是人类理想以及美好愿望的化身。但事实上,这只是很多人的一厢情愿罢了。其实无论是国内还是国外,古代还是今天,艺术早就被编排上了价格,摆放在“前台”叫卖了。尤其是职业艺术家大量出现的今天,艺术已不再或者不能局限于只是作为满足个人小情趣的休闲,它越来越多地在商业社会、现代文化,甚至政治生活中扮演特殊的角色,否则艺术品创造者们的生存都会出现问题。那么在今天这个功利的社会中,除了满足审美,艺术还能有一些什么实际的功用呢?
