本文概述了氨浸法预处理含雌黄、雄黄的坪定金矿石及含砷锑汞的丹寨微细粒金精矿的应用研究。提出了用5%~7%氨水溶液溶解雌黄,并在85℃及常压下氨水中加入硫磺,使难溶的雄黄转化为雌黄而溶解;在85℃及200kPa压力下,于5%~7%氨水溶液中加入铜离子作催化剂,催化氧化残余的雌黄、雄黄及毒砂的新型工艺,并对工艺过程各因素的影响进行了较为详细的研究。当用硫氨法脱砷-氨性催化氧化-氰化法处理坪定金矿石及用氨性催化氧化-氰化法处理丹寨金精矿时,都取得了较满意的效果。经预处理后,金的氰化浸出率分别可达85%及80%~85%。
This paper summarizes the application of ammonia leaching method to pretreat female gold and realgar Pingding gold ore and Danzhai fine gold concentrate containing arsenic, stibium and mercury.
