慢性病预防控制(慢病防控)工作任重道远,决非一朝一夕之事。我接手中国康复医学会心血管病专业委员会主任委员工作后,明确认识到,未来的舞台要大,起点和水准要高。要搭建大舞台,需要解放思想,走出狭隘。第一,不能只做运动康复,而要5个处方,对患者要全面全程管理、服务和关爱;第二,要把心脏康复与二级预防整合化一,减少疾病和急性事件复发,减少再住院率是心脏康复的初级目标;第三,心脏康复与二级预防的机制
