对多元合金凝固过程的平衡溶质再分配系数进行了热力学描述,得出了其和二元合金溶质分配系数之间的关系。对于多元合金,其分配系数不仅仅是二元合金分配系数的线性组合,而且与各组元间的相互影响性较强。讨论了在非平衡凝固条件下对溶质再分配系数的处理,从热力学和动力学方面入手,讨论了溶质再分配系数随凝固速度变化的关系,而且还讨论了快速凝固过程对溶质再分配系数的影响。
The thermodynamic description of the equilibrium solute redistribution coefficient of the solidification process of the multi-alloy was obtained, and the relationship between the solute partition coefficient and the solute partition coefficient of the binary alloy was obtained.
