目的:通过心乐胶囊对病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌酶水平的影响,心乐胶囊改善病毒性心肌炎心肌损伤的作用机理。方法:以CVB3腹腔注射建立心肌炎小鼠模型,分空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组、心乐胶囊低、中、高剂量组。观察心电图及心肌酶的变化。结果:阳性药物对照组及心乐胶囊各剂量组心肌酶比空白及模型对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:心乐胶囊能改善病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌损伤,减少心肌酶的产生。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Xinle Capsule on myocardium enzyme in mice with viral myocarditis through Xilele capsule, and to improve the mechanism of myocardial injury induced by viral myocarditis. Methods: The mouse model of myocarditis was established by intraperitoneal injection of CVB3, divided into blank control group, model control group, positive drug control group and Xinle capsule low, medium and high dose groups. Observation of ECG and myocardial enzyme changes. Results: Compared with the blank control group and the model control group, the myocardial enzymes of the positive drug control group and the Xinle capsule group were lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xingle Capsule can improve myocardial injury in mice with viral myocarditis and reduce the production of myocardial enzymes.
