深圳市教学研究室于1998年开始进行《广东省幼儿园课程指南》课题研究,旨在为国家制定的《幼儿园教育指导纲要》握供有价值的理论和实践依据。深圳市龙岗区机关幼儿园直接参与了该课题的试点工作,该园在《幼儿园教育指导纲要(征求意见稿)》和《广东省幼儿园课程指南(实验稿)》的引导下,结合自身发展特点和实际,汲取国内外先进的课程理论及实践经验,对本园的课程进行了新的探索与建构,逐步摸索出了一套适合本园实际的园本课程——主题探究活动课程。这种课程基于“以幼儿发展为本”的教育理念,以主题探究的形式,采用了“合科”的统整教学,从孩子的主动学习、探索入手,将孩子的兴趣、意急及需要引向教育所期望的方向。从该园园长、教师撰写的这几篇教育论文中,我们可以看到管理者如何转变管理角色与管理职能,变权力型、支配型管理为服务型、合作型管理的,教师又是如何转变传统的单一的知识传授者、学习主宰者的角色,摆脱过去课程设计从书本到儿童的静态模式,主动去观察、发现、尊重儿童的兴趣及需要的。在这里,教师们努力实践着这样的教育理念:教师的作用是创设丰富、有序的学习环境,引导幼儿自我发现,主动寻求答案、以主题探究活动的形式,让孩子在开放、接纳、引导、支持、自主的学习环境及气氛中,自
