园长在课程管理中的角色定位及其意义

深圳市教学研究室于1998年开始进行《广东省幼儿园课程指南》课题研究,旨在为国家制定的《幼儿园教育指导纲要》握供有价值的理论和实践依据。深圳市龙岗区机关幼儿园直接参与了该课题的试点工作,该园在《幼儿园教育指导纲要(征求意见稿)》和《广东省幼儿园课程指南(实验稿)》的引导下,结合自身发展特点和实际,汲取国内外先进的课程理论及实践经验,对本园的课程进行了新的探索与建构,逐步摸索出了一套适合本园实际的园本课程——主题探究活动课程。这种课程基于“以幼儿发展为本”的教育理念,以主题探究的形式,采用了“合科”的统整教学,从孩子的主动学习、探索入手,将孩子的兴趣、意急及需要引向教育所期望的方向。从该园园长、教师撰写的这几篇教育论文中,我们可以看到管理者如何转变管理角色与管理职能,变权力型、支配型管理为服务型、合作型管理的,教师又是如何转变传统的单一的知识传授者、学习主宰者的角色,摆脱过去课程设计从书本到儿童的静态模式,主动去观察、发现、尊重儿童的兴趣及需要的。在这里,教师们努力实践着这样的教育理念:教师的作用是创设丰富、有序的学习环境,引导幼儿自我发现,主动寻求答案、以主题探究活动的形式,让孩子在开放、接纳、引导、支持、自主的学习环境及气氛中,自 In 1998, Shenzhen Teaching Research Office started to carry out the research on “Guangdong Provincial Kindergarten Curriculum Guide”, which is intended to provide valuable theory and practice basis for the “National Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” formulated by the state.
