中国文学批评历史悠久，但作为一门学科的自觉研究，却是到了20世纪才真正开始并逐步走向成熟。迄今为止，已经问世的系统性的批评史专著也不过几十部。因而，以深邃的眼光回眸整个20世纪中国文学批评的发展历程，透视批评史上曾经发生的各种批评现象及批评模式的流变，建立20世纪中国文学批评史的宏阔体系，从而促进文学批评史学科建设，为新世纪文学批评的健康发展奠基，已成为学界的共同期待。
Chinese literary criticism has a long history, but as a conscious study of a discipline, it is only by the 20th century that it really started and gradually matured. So far, there have been dozens of systematic reviews of history books that have come out. Therefore, with a profound glance, I will review the development of Chinese literary criticism throughout the 20th century. I will criticize the rhetoric of various criticisms and criticisms that have taken place in history and establish a broad system of the history of Chinese literary criticism in the 20th century so as to promote literary criticism The construction of history discipline laid the foundation for the healthy development of literary criticism in the new century and it has become the common expectation of the academic circles.
