经过30多年的改革开放后,我国人口迁移进入新生代农民工大规模进城落户阶段。在这一阶段,政府与社会如何帮助新生代农民工实现从环境改变到行为方式和价值观念对城市的认同感和归属感是一个战略性问题。本文探讨了新生代农民工入城适应的各种障碍,提出了通过建立有利于新生代农民工再社会化的制度条件和社会环境,从而帮助新生代农民工尽快融入城市生活,最终实现其在城市落地生根的“城市梦”。
After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the migration of our countrymen has entered the stage of large-scale migration of migrant workers into the city. At this stage, it is a strategic issue for the government and society to help the new generation of migrant workers to realize their urban identity and sense of belonging from environmental change to behavior and values. This article explores various obstacles that the new generation of migrant workers adapt to the city and puts forward that through the establishment of institutional conditions and social environment conducive to the re-socialization of the new generation of migrant workers, this will help the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into urban life as soon as possible, Rooted “City Dream ”.
