目的观察控制输液速度是否可以降低滴注盐酸莫西沙星注射液的药物不良反应发生率。方法收集我科2010年12月-2011年12月应用盐酸莫西沙星注射液静脉输液患者210例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组105例,并对两组患者发生输液不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果实验组静脉输液不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸莫西沙星药品说明书推荐的输液速度为90 min,临床试验证明,将输液速度延长至120~150 min可降低药物的不良反应发生。
Objective To observe whether the control of infusion rate can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions instillation of moxifloxacin hydrochloride injection. Methods We collected 210 cases of intravenous infusion of moxifloxacin hydrochloride injection from December 2010 to December 2011. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 105 cases in each group. Adverse reactions of infusion For comparative analysis. Results The incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The recommended infusion rate of moxifloxacin hydrochloride instruction manual is 90 min. Clinical trials show that prolonging the infusion rate to 120-150 min can reduce adverse drug reactions.
