航空辅机产品的封存期是指从产品验收合格封存之日起,到产品自封时为止的允许封存时间。这段期限的长短,将直接影响到航空产品的质量、战略储备、援外及组织轮番生产,具有重大的政治意义和经济意义。如何将这段期限规定得科学合理,必须要有一个以科研、生产及使用实践为依据的统一标准。过去绝大部分辅机产品的封存期是沿用苏联五十年代甚至四十年代的标准,短则几个月,长则二至三年。这些年来我们沿用这项不知其所以然的标准,给生产及使用带来了一系列的问题:
The sealing period of avionics products refers to the allowable time for storage from the date of product acceptance and storage until the product is self-sealed. The length of this period will have a direct impact on the quality of aviation products, strategic reserves, foreign aid, and organizational rotation production. It has significant political and economic significance. How to make this deadline scientific and reasonable, we must have a unified standard based on scientific research, production and use practices. In the past, the storage period of most of the auxiliary machinery products was based on the Soviet Union’s standards in the 1950s and even the 1940s. It was a few months in length and two to three years in length. Over the years we have used this unfamiliar standard to bring a series of problems to production and use:
