当前在相当多的私营企业中,劳动关系存在着不和谐的现象:劳动合同签订率较低,超时加班较为普遍,工会建设不足以及三方协商制度在现实中不可行。分析了黑龙江省私营企业劳动关系存在问题的原因,认为需要从发展生产力、构建适合私营企业发展的外部环境、工会组织要发挥维护作用和政府逐步推进三方协商机制和构建合作共赢的文化氛围来协调黑龙江省私营企业劳动关系。
At present, there are quite a lot of private enterprises in which there are discordant labor relations: the low signing rate of labor contracts, the overtime overtime work, the inadequate construction of trade unions and the tripartite negotiation system are not feasible in reality. This paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of labor relations in private-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. It considers that it is necessary to develop the productive forces, to build an external environment suitable for the development of private-owned enterprises, to safeguard the role of trade unions and to gradually push forward the tripartite consultation mechanism and build a win- Coordinate the labor relations of private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
